  • Zone 2 exercise (where your heart rate is 70% of max or at a level of exertion where you can still maintain a conversation) is recommended.
  • Many people find this level of exercise ‘boring’.
  • So to overcome the lack of stimulation, exercisers listen to podcasts or lectures.
  • 15 minutes is all that is required.
